SBI Probationary Officer Revised Notification & Exam Pattern

SBI has issued notification for recruitment of 2000 Probationary Officers in its various branches all across India. Earlier last date for online registration was 02-052015. SBI has issued revised notification extending the last date of online registration to 07-05-2015. Candidates who haven’t applied for the post should apply immediately on or before 07 May.

Exam Pattern

SBI has changed its exam pattern for 2015. According to new exam pattern there will be Prelim and Mains exam.

Prelim – Prelim will be of 100 Marks with duration of 1 hour. It will be objective type test. Exam will be of following 3 sections.

• English Language – 30 Questions of 30 Marks
• QA - 35 Questions of 35 Marks
• Reasoning Ability - 35 Questions of 35 Marks

Mains – candidates qualifying Prelim will be called for Mains. Mains will consist of Objective test for 200 marks and Descriptive test for 50 marks. There will be 4 sections for objective test.

• English Language
• GA, Marketing & Computer
• Data Analysis & Interpretation
• Reasoning (High Level)

Descriptive test will be of 1 hr duration with 50 marks on English Language.
