Indian Air Force 2014 Recruitment

Indian Air Force has issued notification for recruitment of Airmen (technical) for the batch commencing in June 2014. Applications are invited from unmarried male aspirants who want to pursue carrier in Indian Air Force. Eligible candidates should apply before 17-02-2014.

Educational Qualification

• A candidate should have completed HSC or equivalent examination with Mathematics, Physics and English as main subjects with minimum 50% marks in aggregate and in English.

• A candidate having completed 3 year Diploma in Engineering with Mech, Electrical, Electronics, Automation, CS, IT and Instrumentation can apply. He should have completed his diploma with 50% marks overall and in English.

Age Limit

A candidate should be born between 01 Feb 1994 to 30 Nov 1997 i.e. he should be between 16 to 20 years of age.

How to Apply

Candidates can apply by downloading the application form from Indian Air Force website www.indianairforce.nic.in or from the Advertisement that will be published in Employment News of 01 Feb 2014. Candidates should download the application form on A4 size paper. After duly filling up of the form candidates have to send the application form to the following address by post.

Note : candidates should take care that applications sent by registered, speed post, courier will not be accepted.

Selection Procedure

Candidates will be selected on the basis of Written Test conducted by IAF. The test will be of objective type. Candidates will be tested for knowledge in English, Physics and Mathematics. The duration of test will be 60 minutes.
