Railway Recruitment Cell (RRC) has issued notification for
recruitment to North Western Railway for the posts in pay Band -1. Applications
are invited from candidates for 917 posts in North Western Railway by Ministry
of Railways. The details of the notification are given below.

Candidates should be minimum SSC pass or ITI or equivalent
at the time of applying. Candidates with higher educational qualification can
also apply.

• OBC : between 18 to 36 years as on 01-01-2014
• SC : between 18 to 38 years as on 01-01-2014

How to Apply
• Online Mode
Candidates can apply online by loging to www.iroams.com or www.indianrailways.gov.in. Fill out the details and submit the application form by confirming the details. Enter the One Time Password (OTP) which you will receive in your email id. Download the Challan receipt. The Challan can be paid at SBI, S.B.B.J or Post Office.

Candidates who are willing to apply offline should download application form from RRC’s website. Fill the form and send it to the following address along with required enclosures.

Selection Procedure
Candidates who are found eligible will be issued admit card for Written Test. The Written test will be followed by Physical Test and Medical Test.
The Written Exam will be of one and half hours and consisting of 100 marks covering questions on GK, Maths and Reasoning etc.
